Guidelines:

Most of these meditations are recordings from live meditation classes. They are designed to be accessible for everyone—those who have never meditated to those who meditate daily. There are several platforms for you to choose. Each platform has the same Meditation Library. There are video and audio meditations available. Select a platform and dive into your journey for love and joy!

The categories in the library are arranged in several ways to meet everyone exactly where they are on their journey.

The duration of the meditation is listed at the end of each description.

Category:

You can select a meditation based on a topic or category like Balance, Grounding, Guided, or Sleep. There are also categories like Sanskrit Study, Martin Luther King Jr Focus, and Mantra. The categories are listed alphabetically.

Series:

There are several arrangements of meditation that can be done in sequence, focusing on a particular theme, such as the Gratitude Series, the Four Keys, and the AUM Series.

Tips:

  • It is appropriate to repeat the same meditation. There is always something new to receive.
  • Create a comfortable meditation space and dress with temperature in mind.
  • Use pillows, blankets, a chair, or a wall for support—comfort is key.
  • Chanting and mantra-based meditations help calm and protect the mind.
  • Do these meditations for love and joy—this is your foundation in self-love.
